Refund and Returns Policy

For U.S. Orders Only

Billionaire Studio Clothing offers returns on most merchandise for U.S. customers within 7 days of the delivery date.

If 7 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note that there is a restocking fee of $15, which will be deducted from your refund.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with the tags attached.

How to Return Your Product

To start your return process, contact us at info@billionairestudioclothings.com. Our support team will review your request and provide a return label if your claim is approved.

In your email, please include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return

Once your return is prepared, you can drop it off at your local post office. All returns are shipped back to our warehouse in Virginia. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to arrive.

Once received, we will inspect and process your return within 2-3 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once your refund is issued. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to reflect on your original payment method.

International Returns

Billionaire Studio Clothing accepts international returns. However, all shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

To return an international order, contact us at info@billionairestudioclothings.com. If your claim is approved, we will provide an paid return label.

Exchanges (U.S. Orders Only)

We only offer exchanges for the same product in a different size. If you want a new style, you will need to place a new order.

There is no return shipping or restocking fee for exchanges.

International Exchanges

Billionaire Studio Clothing does not offer exchanges for international orders.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 2-7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you received a refund confirmation but have not seen the funds in your account, please allow 2-7 business days for processing. If the delay persists, contact your bank or card provider before reaching out to us.

Missing Items

Before reporting a missing item, please:

  1. Check the package thoroughly – Some items may be packed separately.
  2. Check for multiple tracking numbers – Some items ship separately.

If an item is missing, email us at info@billionairestudioclothings.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include:

  • A photo of the shipping label and box
  • A description of the issue
  • Your order number

If 7 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or reshipment.

Lost Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking shows your order as delivered and the address provided during checkout matches the shipping address, we cannot issue a refund.

If you believe your package was stolen, please contact info@billionairestudioclothings.com, and we will assist you as best as we can.

Order Cancellations & Changes

If your order is placed on a weekday, our warehouse processes orders quickly, meaning we cannot cancel or modify orders after they are placed. This includes:

  • Changing the delivery option
  • Updating the delivery address
  • Modifying the payment method

If your order is placed on a weekend or a bank holiday, you may cancel it within 24 hours by contacting info@billionairestudioclothings.com.
