Refund and Returns Policy

Returns for U.S. Customers Only

Billionaire Studio Clothing allows returns on most items for customers in the United States, as long as the request is made within 7 days of the delivery date.

If more than 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unfortunately unable to process a refund or accept a return.

Please note: A $15 restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and unworn

  • Must be in original packaging

  • All tags must remain attached

How to Start Your Return

To initiate a return, email us at info@billionairestudioclothings.com. After we review and approve your request, a return label will be sent to you.

Your return request email should include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief reason for the return

After preparing the package, you may drop it off at your nearest post office. Please allow 1–2 weeks for the return package to be delivered to our processing center.

Returns are reviewed and processed within 2–3 business days after arrival. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.  Most refunds take 3–5 business days to appear on your original payment method.

Returns for International Orders

International customers may also return items. However, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To begin an international return, contact info@billionairestudioclothings.com. If your request is approved, a prepaid return label will be sent to you along with further instructions.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and reviewed:

  • You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 2–7 business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you’ve received a refund confirmation but haven’t seen the amount reflected in your account:

  • Please allow up to 2–7 business days for processing by your bank or card issuer.

  • If the delay continues, reach out to your financial institution before contacting us.

Take Following Steps If an Item Is Missing

Before reporting a missing item, please:

  • Inspect the package thoroughly — some items might be packaged separately.

  • Review your shipping confirmation email for additional tracking numbers, as your order may arrive in multiple shipments.

If an item is still missing, contact us at info@billionairestudioclothings.com within 14 days of delivery with the following:

  • A photo of the shipping label and packaging

  • A description of the missing item

  • Your order number

Please note: If more than 7 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or resend the item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Billionaire Studio Clothing cannot be held liable for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered. If your tracking information confirms delivery to the address entered at checkout, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.

If you believe your package has been stolen, please reach out to info@billionairestudioclothings.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Order Cancellation & Modification Policy

Due to fast processing times, we are unable to make changes or cancel orders once placed on weekdays. This includes:

  • Changing the shipping method

  • Updating the delivery address

  • Modifying payment details

However, if your order was placed on a weekend or public holiday, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours by contacting info@billionairestudioclothings.com.
